Ordering FAQ

All Products are first quality.

Wallcovering is priced and ordered by the single roll but packaged as double rolls. If you order 2 single rolls you will receive 1 double roll.

With few exceptions wallcovering (not borders) is ordered in increments of two. If you place an an order for an odd number of rolls your order will automatically be increased by one single roll and your method of payment charged.

Samples

Due to varying monitor resolutions pattern images may not display accurately, if require an exact color match we recommend purchasing a sample prior to ordering product.

Whenever possible samples are 2 feet by the width or height of the pattern.

Samples ship direct from the manufacturer(s) and will arrive within 14 business days. If ordering multiple samples they may ship from different manufacturers and arrive at different times.

A $5.00 coupon code is included in your order acknowledgement email-good toward your next product purchase. When ready to place your order enter the code received in the coupon box on checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - USA ONLY

Orders may ship direct from the manufacturer. Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx and UPS. International Orders are shipped via DHL or the US Postal Service.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP - USA Orders Shipping Time - In-stock products ship within 24-48 hours. Selecting premium shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day) may not eliminate the amount of time it takes a manufacturer to process your order.

Sample Shipping - Samples arrive within 10-14 business days. Samples ship direct from the manufacturer(s) If ordering multiple samples they may arrive on different days.

All orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be placed the following day. Orders received on Friday after 2:00 p.m. will not be placed until Monday.

Orders ship from the East Coast.

You will be notified via email of updates to your order.

International Orders

Shipping Time - In stock items ship within 24-48 hours. If your order includes items not in stock at our store your shipping time may be delayed by 3-4 business days.

Shipping Methods - International Orders are shipped via DHL or the Postal Service. We are unable to trace packages shipped via the US Postal Service once they leave the USA, for this reason we only guarantee shipments via DHL.

Shipping Rates are based on weight. Rates will be calculated during the checkout process.

Customs & Duties - the receiver is responsible for payment of all customs and duties upon receipt of order. Denied orders will be billed accordingly for return shipping costs.

BACKORDERS

On occasion we learn that a pattern is on backorder after an order has been placed. This is unfortunate and we understand the inconvenience to you. When a pattern is backordered you will be notified via email of the backorder and a date that the pattern is expected in stock. You may choose to cancel your order and receive a complete refund or wait for the pattern to arrive in stock.

DISCONTINUED PATTERNS Discontinued patterns are removed promptly however, there are times when we are not notified that a pattern has been discontinued. This does not happen often and if an order is placed for a discontinued pattern you may select an alternative pattern or receive a full refund.

Discontinued patterns ordered by request are non-returnable and non-refundable.



RETURNS:

Custom/Specialty Orders & Wall Murals:

Specialty products such as handpainted wallcoverings, borders, fabrics, grasscloth, flock personalized products and wall murals, bedding are not returnable and are nonrefundable unless damaged or defective.

Wallcovering, Borders:

All wallcovering and border returns or refusals of shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. No returns will be accepted after 14 days from invoice date. Credits will be issued for un-opened full bolts only.

Carefully examine your order for any color, design or imperfections before cutting or hanging. Claims against wallcoverings, borders, fabric or photo wall murals will not be accepted after cutting and hanging. If companion fabric was ordered, please do not hang wallcovering until fabric can be compared for color. The manufacturers will replace any defective merchandise with new wallcoverings of equal value but neither they, nor Kids Bed Bath and Walls, will be responsible for labor costs. Color changes (hot spots) or discoloration due to unneutralized plaster, additional paste, improper wall preparations or papering over old wallcoverings are not covered by the warranty. If you feel that the wallpaper/border/mural is damaged or defective in any way, or if you received the wrong pattern in error, please contact Customer Service at 919-475-4488 or email Wall Care.

Fabric:

Please order accurately as cut fabrics are not returnable. Before cutting fabric, be certain you have sufficient yardage to complete the desired installation. Subsequent dye lots are not guaranteed to match initial orders. While companion fabrics are similar in color, scale and design, perfect uniformity in color and printing should not be expected. Slight fading may occur, based on various dry cleaning processes. Fabrics should be protected (especially dark background fabrics) from prolonged exposure to sunlight through the use of good quality linings. No claims will be accepted after fabric has been cut.

Products Damaged in Shipping

Products damaged during shipping must be returned within 14 days. Upon receipt of damaged merchandise a replacement will be sent. Damaged or defective products will be replaced.

Return Authorization

We do not accept returns without prior authorization. If you would like to return a product, you must call 1-919-475-4488, for return authorization and label. A credit will be applied to your account once the merchandise is returned.

Return shipping fees for products returned for reasons other than damage during shipping are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
